[Imc-communication] belgium: two questions to answer

I think there are just two questions that those of us who are not
directly involved in the Belgium case should be considering, and I
especially ask for the opinions of Alexander, gek, toya, cleveland,
imc.be and QC on this since they have raised serious concerns / blocks
regarding the Germany proposal.

1) Was there a repeated violation of a Principle of Unity?

2) Is a national-named-imc having extreme problems working with its
city-named-imcs enough in itself to require a name change.

Regarding point #1, I am sure there are many wikis of information put
out on both sides, and I have seen

included in the original disaffiliation proposal.  But what I prefer,
instead of an essay which some look at as red-baiting, is a list of 10
- 20 concrete examples of a violation of the POUs.
