It's very difficult to decide what is "self evident" in an objective way. It's 
right: for YOU it is self evident, but as you can see in previous mails on 
this list, there are different statements about this. I would argue the 
converse: For ME it is self evident, that the sense a block is for is to be 
used by the affected partys.

In my opinion there is no proposal that don't need to be made, because it is 
"self evident". The reason is, that there is no way to have an objectiv 
decision about that. There are so many people form so much places in the 
world with a lot of impressions of there life within the indymedia network. 
You can't have ONE universal objectiv reality for all.
