I added a feed validator to the indymedia syndication 
listing: http://contact.indymedia.org/xml_table.php

each feed is validated once a day (midnight u.s. 
pacific time) as well as whenever a feed record is 
added or updated.

you can click on the frowny face to find out what the 
error or warning is.

98 out of 161 imc sites are listed in the syndication 
database.

40 feeds ok, 33 feeds with warnings, 128 with errors 
out of 201 feeds total.  unfortunately, for practical 
purposes most warnings are essentially errors..

if your imc's feed is missing you should login and add 
it. if your imc needs a login email 
imc-commwork at indymedia.org

if your feed has an error or warning talk to support 
for your site, codebase, etc.
