hello Anna and everyone else,

sounds like developing some of the resources we already have :-)

i agree with your sentiments here. and also agree that comprehensive
information about imc is missing - e.g. what it is, examples, how to
make contact or to get involved, etc. a lot of this is contained on the
GlobalIssues page on the wiki [1] and is definitely stuff we should be
working on.

definitely from www.indymedia.org

there are already some 'static' pages - and that is how i would envision
this page. i agree that it could probably be dealt with by working on
the 'about' page or some of the other links. indeed, many of the links
are outdated: that is, point to outdated links like process.indymedia.org

it would be better to update these pages and links - either by creating
new texts or pointing to pages on the wiki site.

some of this work was already started: there is a page on teh wiki [2]
which contains all the links already, as well as a copy of the old text
and some draft texts for the new version. some of these have been worked
on, some of them not; i'd encourage people to join in :-)

it might be interesting to compile these links in chronological order...?

i would actually say www-features as this is the main list where such
work has been done before (i think) and also all the people who have
admin access to the site should be signed up to either www-features or
www-editoriales (spanish/portuguese language list; same function)

well: i propose announcements on all the lists you mention (and maybe
others, too) but that the work should be carried out on www-features.
perhaps you could join, Anna?

me - amongst everything else! and i'm sure there would be others who
help admin the global site who would be interested in helping, too.

one suggestion might be to have another www-features/editoriales work
party: we had one in january that was a 24 hour period and we all came
into irc when we were able and i thought it was hugely successful.

we also use #features for discussing the global site :-)
