Well i for one don't see any problem with this, it's up to them. But, 
since they're (presumably) not part of the indymedia network (but how 
can outsiders tell?), while the phrase "independent media center" seems 
fair/universal enough, they should somehow be encouraged to not misuse 
the (((i))) "logo", no?.

However, the banner (with logo) looks like the standard default dada 
offering...
