[Imc-communication] UC-IMC the headquarters of indymedia?

hi,
gonna try to be short here, specially because many have said alreay lot
of what is in my mind..something keep inside of it and i keep asking the
question: "why with all their autonomy to do the things they do, they
keep involving global imc on it, keeping trying to make uc imc greater
then it is, and upper over the others on the things they do?"
i dont need to say that uc imc INST THE FINANCIAL RESPONSABLE FOR THE
GLOBAL NETWORK because if it is so, so why we would have a GLOBAL
FINANCIAL WORKING GROUP?
also, if they use their ngo status to help on some global or us
donations for the global, or us or local usa imcs ...that is at least a
solidary act of some imc who has the ngo status and can do it..that dont
put then over under or anything else..so why not to just do it and not
promote it as if they are doing some public relations thing of their imc
work? many imcs does many great things for other imcs and/or for the
global network and none of them have promote this work as uc imc promote
whatever they do ..which it is really strange on the eyes of a network
where such behavior isnt common..where ppl sees such atitude as a normal
solidary one and not as one more "positive point bout my imc"!

bout the 5% thing i think  that is a mistake bout it...as far as i
understood..5% of the donations to UC IMC not to the global imc..is
taken as a payemente for the person who does it's contability...
so this is a "simbolic" payment for its works...
but this isnt global money..those are the donations maded to the uc
imc..
as far as i understand it..
