[Imc-communication] NEW-IMC (no conflict = no discussion?)

Thanks for the comments, everyone.  Sorry to sound so snooty with my "no 
conflict = no discussion" e-mail.  :))))

I'll do my best to compile a wiki page with some of the issues relating to 
the new-imc process so people who are relatively new to Indymedia can take 
part in the discussion.  That may take a couple days.  (does anyone know of 
any sumilar resource that's already available on docs.indymedia.org?)

Keep the reflections and ideas coming!!
