There's a public (also its archives are public) mailing list run by IMC
Cincinatti. http://lists.indymedia.org/mailman/listinfo/imc-cincinnati

However, there doesn't seem to be a very active IMC in Cincinatti from
what I can tell from abroad. I couldn't come across a website at least.
