[Imc-communication] state of imc-finance and other global groups

Hello all

I think this would be a good idea - maybe someone on the list could 
propose a date and time.
I am not sure who is the UK delegate to the list - and will find out 
or volunteer again as a was in the distant past. I also think there 
should be a push to engage more on Global lists - all of us are to 
blame by retreating to our local collectives but now is the time to 
bring back that energy to the global lists.
