i think a global IMC meeting (either with irc or silc) would be a good
idea! for the silc i actually don't know it, but if it's possible to
have a secure, encrypted meeting, even better. but it also depends on
how long it would take to build a global silc indy server. if it takes
a while and causes even more discussions maybe it's best to start with
an irc meeting as soon as possible :-)
