[Imc-communication] global irc gathering??

Hello all
Could we have this first meeting on IRC as we all know how to use it
and if needed not go into too much detail - just see who is
interested and what the problems are - i have this feeling that by
the time we sort the new software out people would have drifted!
I say this as i am not the fastest with new tech - and have missed
many a meeting with new gismos installed...!
