Helping links may be the ones to the archives of the resolve list:

http://lists.indymedia.org/mailman/listinfo/resolve.
or directly:
http://lists.indymedia.org/pipermail/resolve/.
It begins with the request to discuss this issue on that particular list:
http://lists.indymedia.org/pipermail/resolve/2006-January/0131-sg.html,
And the discussion starts with this mail:
http://lists.indymedia.org/pipermail/resolve/2006-February/0208-qn.html)

I see the positive effects of a wiki, but I don't see anymbody in
these conflict having still enough energy to put up such a wiki.
Perhaps i am mistaken and there is somebody who will...fine!

My personal opinion, after following the discussion since January 2006
is, that I agree with the Melbourne IMC's proposal, due to the fact
that Mick is too destructive in his communicational behaviour and I do
not want him being involved with that behaviour in any kind of IMC.

But I would agree including a time-limit to the "bann" of Mick as a
person, strongly believing in the fact that peoples behaviour and
attitude can change.
I think 3-7 years sound realistic to me, regarding his reactions and
ways to communicate in the past.

I also want to add, that this will not be the ultimate solution (but
an important and very necessary step), because people wil still be
living in the same region, so I see a need for future real-life
mediation or other form of alternative dispute resolution, besides
personal support for Mick, getting rid of the nasty behaviours he has
presented to a lot of people in the past.

Finally I would like to add that after Kimci's mail I see that a
review of decision making procedures and discussing issues of
decentralisation and autonomy should be tackeled next by the affected
imc's in that particular region. Therefor the resolve list might be
one opportunity to make use of.
BUT regarding Melbourn IMC's current proposal I don't see the
necessity to sort this out, before the decision on Darwin IMC and Mick
Lambe.

That so far from my side,

Love & Solidarity

Ben
