I also work with new-imc and disagree with several of Petros'
explanations and block the proposal he made to new-imc.  I think
Petros has appeared to speak on behalf of the new-imc group and that
this is inappropriate as we have had NO discussion about this latest
proposal at all.

I think that new-IMC has NO formal procedures going on, although some
on the list had been trying to help.  I think we have NO credibility
in "determining situations" and NO "jurisdiction." We are just a work
group.
