hi josep and vanessa from andorra,

Your mailing list is inactive for nearly 12 months:
http://lists.indymedia.org/pipermail/imc-andorra/
and it seems you as a collective are not maintaining your website
and it is clear that your website andorra.indymedia.org is being heavily
used for spam.
The last contact i can see with you is:

i suggest you urgently get in contact with the ahimsa-tech mailing
list (ahimsa-tech) and/or maybe ask your regional imc's (galiza/portugal,
barcelona, madrid, toulouse) for support.

Probably a local IMC should make a formal proposal to imc-process. In
principle an indymedia collective is a bunch of people, not just a web site,
so they might still exist and just be going through a difficult period and
have forgotten that they still have a web site running.
In any case, if the proposal is uncontroversial and it's clear that
the collective no longer exists, nobody should complain.
i've cc-ed to the 2 people i can remember from andorra and to the
francophone list to try to revive the communication loop.
