i would like to propose a meeting on friday, january 5th for the people who are intresting in helping organizing a global irc meeting.

Agenda for the meeting:

* Date for Global IRC Meeting
* Should we use the table system for picking a time? or that is stupid?
* Create a propose for the agenda for that GLOBAL meeting
* Make a newsletter calling for the GLOBAL meeting
* Organize translations for it
* what else??????????
