[Imc-communication] organizing the irc global meeting

sounds like a good idea to me..

perhaps we should briefly discuss the process for the meeting.. it has 
previously been an issue/struggle for global irc meetings to get through 
and agenda and simultaneously have all heard..
we should also discuss a way to be sure the meeting is globally 
representative.. ie - people from global south imcs, etc.

i'm, not sure friday is the best day for it.. time difference will mean 
that some people will need to do the meeting at night, and friday night 
falls on a weekend so there may be conflicts for some.

i propose monday the 8th January.. any ideas for a time?
