Process here is made up of a global network of collectives, and not 
individuals.  We could definitely discuss it with each other in a week.

But could all - or even most - of us take it back to our collectives, 
discuss it with our collectives, and come back to the group in a week?

Not every collective relies on e-mail for primary decision making.  I am 
very uncomfortable with global process doing anything in less than two 
weeks notice, and would generally want to see upwards of 3 or 4 weeks for 
decisions.  Lot to gain with longer deadlines, little to lose.
