welcome toban!! i remember seeing some posts of yours last year and  i would
really like to write and say that it is great to see you making this effort.
yes, it can be hard and frustrating at times, but it can also be tremendously
rewarding. and it is truly great to see such efforts as yours helping to
energise others as well.
