  I would like to share some insights on the above mail.
   
  I feel that the context of the letter is best described by the phrase "shooting the messanger but not listening to the message".
   
  As a group we have taken the decision to block the proposal based on political criteria and after serious thoughts and discussions.
   
  It is an insult for anyone to suggest that this was done after misinformation.
   
  I would also like to share my discomfort for all the personal remarks-comments against a member of our group in the above mail. 
   
  I feel that the only way out of situations like the above is a continous dialogue based not on personal accusations - confrantations but on the principles our network is based on.  I am afraid that unless we understand this and start getting guided by it in our work and actions, our network will get into a dead end situation in the future.
   
   
  I am  glad to see that other imc have responded on this exact basis.
   
  Many thanks to all those of you for shouldering the task of fascilitating this dialogue and decision making.
