bem na minha opinião isso é apenas uma nomenclatura..sabe? demos o nome
global porque precisavamos de um nome pra chamar a rede que nao era soh
pra america do norte ou america latina ou europa ou qualquer outro
lugar...
porque eh uma rede aberta e precisava ter um nome que incluiria qualquer
pessoa de qualquer lugar pra participar..entao...eu acho q o melhor nome
encontrado foi global..

se as pessoas de outras regioes nao estao participando...bem esse problema
nao sera resolvido mudando o nome

well in my opinion this is just a nomenclature... u know?  it is called
global because by the time indymedia was growing ppl needed a name to call
the network that wasnt only from the north america or latino america or
europe or whatever...
because it is an open network and we needed a name that could include ppl
from wherever they were...so ..i guess the best name found was global...

if ppl from other areas arent participanting..well this is a problem which
wont be resolve by changing a name
