Hi,

I have asked ameba off - list and got some answers.

ameba00x, listwork is a technical working group that takes care of the
lists and the list server, we try not to make political decisions there
and we try to re-direct people to the groups that would make those
decisions, like new-imc often ...

in this case the "permission" to use your old list needs to come from
that very list, since local indymedia groups are regarded autonomous as
to what means of communications they use.
