hi petros and all,

i agree with you on that, and much of this is because the network is very disperse in the global level..the local collectives are working but there is no global communication, solidary, support, knowledge share and so on...
just a few are keeping it going and it overwhelming them...and things important like the lack of support to the camaradas from imc beirut.
i hope with the global meeting we can restart things and get more ppl involved from the local collectives..i am trying to get more ppl from imc latina participating on the meeting there are people from collectives in mexico (centro de medios libres - cml ) who want to introduce themselves to the global imc network since they are already working together with many collectives from the network they want the solidary to expand :)
and it is things like this that also show us the importance of a process that is not a burocracy but a way for the local group to get used to it, to feel confortable in using the new technology ( managing the website learning bout making digital media to put on the site etc), and so on...to organically form themselves and also be able to participate on the network (to learn how to do it) etc.
i hope the camaradas from imc beirut to be able to join the network again, and hope that happen asap :) and in the meanwhile we will keep on trying to shake this network a little bit and make things wake up a little to not let this kinda thing happen
ciao
toya
