The current twiki-software is rather old. I don't know how it can/is
handled in more up-to date versions of twiki, but currently it's also
necessary in case you forget your password, to check for valid
registrations etc.

In which country is it safe? I suggest you get an extra e-mailadress at
one of the many activist e-mailsuppliers (autistici/inventati, aktivix,
riseup, nadir ....), becaues most regular isps and e-mail suplliers are
as nice to people as governements.
