Hi all,

I then realised I 'am' subscribed here and I have now re-enabled reception of emails so i'm fully on this list now.
I have also now realised that there was an attempt to solve this with tech -l list and this was the response:

This list has been emailed with no answer; if there really is no possibility of contacting this group surely the site should be taken down? Should I send a formal proposal to process? If the file is still accessible surely this needs to be treated with a bit of urgency ....
