[Imc-communication] translationtool closing

I think is better to froze it up then to close it down..
maybe at some point other people can take it over and continue the work...
not sure..
also many people on the network doesn't know how to work with the 
translation.indymedia.org site, or even that exist...
Was there any tentatives of passing this info around?
Maybe isn't being used by lack of knowledge that it exists and how to 
use it...

Eu acho que seria melhor congelar do que fechar por completo....
talvez em algum momento outras pessoas podem estar tomando esse trabalho 
e dando continuidade a ele...
nao tenho certeza...
tambem ha muita gente na rede que nao tem ideia de como o site 
translation.indymedia.org funciona, ou ateh mesmo que ele existe....
Teve alguma tentativa de passar essa informacao por ai?
Talvez nao esteja sendo usado por falta de conhecimento de que existe ou 
de como funciona...
