[Imc-communication] Clarification Venezuela-centro

Greetings,

It is true that there is no mail on the process list with a deadline
for approval. There was, however, a proposal on the new-imc list to put
the application on the process-list.

This has not been blocked, yet this next step was not taken. The result
is that the process is hanging in a limbo without anybody giving clear
arguments for this.

The application should be put on process. Imc-Venezuela can always
block, but at least we'll have a democratic discussion about this.

Es verdad que no hay una mail al process con fecha de clausura. Pero
hay una proposición sobre la lista new-imc para poner una mail sobre la
lista process.

El proposición no esta bloqueada, pero el proposición tampoco no esta
efectuada. Resultado: el trayecto esta bloqueada sin argumentos claros.

Tenemos que poner el applicación sobre la lista de process.
Cmi-Venezuela puede bloquear, pero necessitamos una discussion abierto
en el red.
