[Imc-communication] Clarification Venezuela-centro

Hey pimp

I agree with you that things the way they are rigth now is terrible. Leave
things in limbo, in my opinion, is quite derespectfull.

Why this collective has not been aproval by new-imc? Is it because
imc-venezuela centro has not fullfield the requiers to enter the netowork
or maybe cuase new-imc is going to a rough phase, with little support for
the volunteers of our network?

I honestely dont know the answer, but i feel we should respect the process
we all agree, this means that we should not jump parts of it but identify
where and why it is not functioning and try to sort it out.

Could someone from new-imc could give us a light in this discussion?
