[Imc-communication] the survey is ready! (okay, it's working again)

Thank you very much, Jay and our other colleagues for offering the 
completed Survey for us to fill.

Special thanks for making it possible to save or print one's answers at 
the end.

If I knew that at the beginning I would not have spent the time saving 
each of my answer before going on to the next panel. Would it be 
possible to add a small sentence at the beginning of the Survey, 
informingn our visitors that they will be able to save or print their 
answers at the ence?

It would help our visitors feel more safe to proceed and to give longer 
answers without fear of losing all the work.
