[Imc-communication] 10 year anniversary regional meeting

Excellent! Having Bristol willing to host something would be amazing.
Just to let you know, there probably isn't going to be an organized
series of global face-to-face indy gatherings this fall/winter. Some
planning started, and a few things have fallen into place (like the
Ecuador IMC's eagerness to host), but realistically we're talking
about having a meeting online first -- maybe this fall, maybe not --
and having a real life gathering, or series of gatherings, some time
in 2010, if that's what people ultimately choose to do. So maybe you
can talk with the Bristol crowd about the general idea of hosting
something at some point, and we can work that into the planning mix.
Of course if you want to get something together to coincide with the
10th anniversary that would be amazing too. The L.A. IMC is planning
something, so perhaps an L.A./Bristol intercontinental "gathering"
could come to be. Two IMCs working on something to coincide with
the 10th anniversary may shift the balance in our organizing toward
getting a global online gathering together sooner rather than later.
