[imc-commwork] imc israel contact problem

The contact address for imc israel on  contact.indymedia.org/contact.php
bounces. If someone knows their contact email, please ask them to update
their contact database entry.

It would also be nice to have a proper (collective) email contact for
IMC Istanbul. If anyone has contact with them, again, please ask them
to update their entry in the contact database.
