Hi,

I just talked to one of the current IMC Contact DB superusers and learnt
that I should apply here to become a contact DB superuser and that these
are handled by passive consensus. I really don't like to take yet
another job, but I also dislike seeing people waiting a long time for
getting access to the contact DB.

So, please consider this my application for a superuser account to the
contact DB.
