[imc-commwork] remove global.indymedia.org

Hi,

global.indymedia.org needs to be changed or removed. The website that 
used to exist there is gone. The address now points at the default 
axxs.org page.

global.indymedia.org is the URL below the 'Discussion' link in the 
Cities List. There was an open publishing website for internal IMC 
discussion there at one stage. Pabs from Perth IMC has a copy of some of 
the archives,  I think.

Can someone in the DNS group please point it away from axxs.org* until 
there is consensus on what to do with it.

*gloabl.indmedia is actually a CNAME to conway.cat.org.au (hosted on 
axxs.org), which no longer exists either except for historical purposes.
