[imc-commwork] Restore rss feed for St. Louis IMC

Hello,

I am tech and part of editorial collective with St. Louis IMC, presently 
online at http://reboot.stlimc.org.

The old, dadaimc site still exists at http://stlimc.org, partly to to 
preserve deep links into its content, and partly because software 
incompatibility prevents easy migration.

What is the process to update the feature syndication feed (i.e. 
username/password at contact.indymedia.org) to St. Louis IMC?
