[imc-commwork] mobile indymedia and the cities list

Almost a year ago I proposed adding mobile indymedia to the cities
list so that it was available as a link from all indymedia sites  (see
http://lists.indymedia.org/pipermail/imc-process/2007-June/0614-rl.html)

There has been no further progress and every time I think about
continuing the development of the project I just think, 'why bother'
if the vast majority of indymedia sites and their users don't even
know it exists.
