[Imc-ct] Permission to reproduce fotos

ok, so these people wanted to use some indymedia photos. after 
discussion with comrades in jo'burg, and followed our general policy, i 
just sent them an email saying they can use the pics, they just have to 
credit Indymedia South Africa.
