It was a mini-meeting, but here are the minutes:

1.T-SHIRT-We will have lime green and everyone was happy.

2.Report back from June 16 – Attendance was mostly young once, who enjoy
themselves

-Peter give Kelvin, Phillip and Sizwe R100 to buy some chips for the day
so that we could make some money

-R20.00 went to the pink church and R10.00 for the key to get the amp
and other R10.00 for photocopies. The money we spend all was R130.00

-By the end of the we did make R55.50. We still have chips and
chocolates left to sell.

3.Funding proposal (for national meeting and WSF) -Nothing at all done
so far.

4.Membership card-Peter did some design and some photos need to be retaken.

5.Web site guide -Peter is still working on it

6.Video camera-The video camera need to go for the service but
everything is fine.

Soraya need also the camera for the video.

Terna’s mini disc-If anyone want to use it can do so but to make sure
that you don’t lose it.

-If anything happens to the disc you have pay R700.00 If you don’t do so
the charge will against you
