I (ana) re-respond:
you are not really disagreeing Ilyan, both sentences are true: one
person can NOT run an INDYMEDIA site on her own. However she will ALWAYS
be able to run "A" site. And link it to indymedia, too;-)

I say: A golden rule is always to ask the collective involved before
making such statements.

and, do 'you' find it misleading? Or is it that you are trying to say
something without saying it?

I have got lost here: what is, for you, an 'imc site fully linked with
UKindymedia'? as opposed to 'an imc site not linked to UKindymedia' or
'any site linked with UKindymedia'? can you give examples?

why don't they? (are they in this list?)

hmmm difficult to refer to a document that is not available... but why
the Portuguese statement, and not other?

i refuse to allow paranoia get anywhere near my brain. Look: by
definition/s, you can 'not' infiltrate an 'open' group, collective,
project, 'email list'. You only infiltrate 'close' ones. or, put it in
another way, every single person is an infiltrator.
I'd like to see this issue solved locally. If this is not possible we
can do it in a uk-wide level, but lets please try and be constructive. I
may not be a good example of this but i can say that airing your
paranoias and personal animadversion does not help... So, people who are
in that conflict and this list, what do you exactly expect from us?
(and, if this gets on your nerves or simply doesn't help to solve this,
well simply ignore me i won't get upset) :-)
