I like the idea too.   

Coming to Aberystwyth is a *significant* investment of resources.

An Agenda, however simple that may be, would help structure a meeting.

I suggest we need an Agenda to include :

* Indycymru next's step -> move to 'new system'

* The Welsh language interface to any new system

* How we can make life easier for M15/KGB/WAG [1]
