You are strongly advised to subscribe to the network list,
http://lists.indymedia.org/imc-uk-network, and if you can, come to the
network meeting. we are still preparing it and we haven't even fixed the
date, but we want it in october; the next preparation meeting will be on
irc at 8pm next tuesday.

Another option is of course follow the new imc process in full (see page
above) and get approved by the global network - that way you _will_ to
fulfill all requirements that come on that process, plus having a local
imc sponsor you, but then the tech side of things would be more time and
energy consuming still, you would have to find your own server too ...

It would be great to see lots of people interested in the creation of imc
wales in the network meeting :-) And/or in the anarchist bookfair in
london ...
