and it never got a response because that is not the format in which they
can manageably work.

The group needs to go to
http://newimc.indymedia.org

and read the application form, and, before filling it, read the
documentation that is accessed through the link 'english'.

That group is really short of people - like all groups I know of - and
most probably the only person from the uk or proximities available for
help will be myself.

It is needed that at least 5 people feel enthusiastic enough to create a
new indymedia page.
