Ilyan - How can new subscribers "look a bit dodgy"?  I'm sorry - I just 
don't understand.  Maybe I'm being naive, but surely if people just 
subscribe with a name and email address, they shouldn't be assumed to be 
suspect, should they?  Or have they been misbehaving?  I put out a call 
for people interested in setting up a Wales indymedia site to join the 
list, so maybe that's why there have been a lot.

Ana - thanks for your offer of help.  I really hadn't appreciated the 
politics of indymedia versus some other form of independent media, and 
the national issue etc. which some of the people posting here have now 
outlined.  I still would like there to be some Welsh-oriented site on 
indymedia uk, but I don't know how possible that is if other people are 
strongly in opposition to that happening.  If people are already working 
on something as a result of discussions at the social forum, that's 
great if it happens, but will I be able to post something to uk 
indymedia and just press a button to send it to the Wales site if that's 
how it's set up?  Well, I guess it needs a lot more discussion.
