[Imc-cymru] clarifications

The purpose of the CymruEuropaPress  email is not understood.
It is important that imc-new know that their site may not be properly 
functional.   

At long last the body of the Indycymru application sent off when we had 
a functional site that could have been viewed has this acknowledgment :

That is not an application for Wales UK.   There is nothing to stop 
anyone putting in an application for such.  I am sure that would be 
approved, would not even need approval to start running.       Neither 
excludes the other.

However a question is now raised:  Is this list hostile to there being 
and independent welsh site?
