[Imc-cymru] roll call

[Gwent Anarchists]

As is very obvoiuos from the posts from this account,
more than one person uses it and none of us are very
'up' on the internet. 

However I'm all for welsh IMC as a subsection of the
UK site, & as the most accessable way forward I belive
that discussion on this list should be purely about
making this happen as soon as possible.
