[Imc-cymru] roll call

Is this a call for people who want a Wales integrated as part of  imcUK 
and censored by UK. or for people who want an independent IMC as 
Indycymru.   there may need to be two lists.

Responders should make their positions clear.  

A formal acceptance of rejection of the Indycymru application first sent 
to the new-imc list back in March would  enable a rational decision.
