I would like to confirm the following :

We have a room booked with Cardiff University on March 9th 2007 Friday,
between 12pm - 5pm.  

This room can only hold around 15 people therefore you will need to let
me know in advance if you are coming to this meeting, or might
attend.     

Please give an indication of the time(s) you are likely to be available.
