This came with a spam stock market tip that has been discarded.  It is 
probably virus made out of text on an infected machine, and put here as 
mixed education, and in case someone can work out where it comes from 
and tell them to run a virus checker.     It may be worth while trying

suspicion of your own Windows 2000 system .   It takes some time to scan 
your system, and is probably linked straight through to the KGBetc,  
give our friends there plenty of overtime.  Do not blindly follow the 
recommendations.
