Can you make arrangements for a meeting at these places ?

It is chepeast in the USA, where for around five quid a month you can
host pretty much what you like sharing resources on a server.   It's a
little dearer in the UK.   

Do we have to involve third-parties in this, contracts and money ?  I
can donate server space in the UK and California.  I'm sure there are
other Indycymru supporters who would donate resources, subject to a
meeting and further discussion.
