Unsure about databases situation. It got corrupted and I may well have 
lost it entirely when trying to move stuff across two servers in a hurry.

the domain, however is not as you state "registered to my company" but 
as a quick whois will confirm to the "Wales Independent Media Centre" 
(ie, Wales IMC).

The domain therefore should be used of / disposed of as the group 
wishes. let me know if or when any transfers or DNS pointing needs to 
take place.
