What is "Wales Independent Media Centre" ?

Companies House has Heb Ffinia Ltd's Company Registration Number listed
as Company No. 04232152  but in the registration details held by Nominet
for Indycymru.org.uk you give the following number

Companies House does not recognise this number.

I forgot to ask you ... Would it be possible to put up a holding page
for www.indycymru.org.uk explaining that the system is temporarily
suspended, and inviting particpation here ?
