[Imc-cymru] [Imc-uk-process] Moving things along: cymru-imc-wales

The Indycymru site had a separate Welsh section with its section 
headings etc  in welsh.    No effort was made to translate any posting.  
No one ever complained.   Members of *Cymdeithas yr Iaith Gymraeg 
<http://cymdeithas.org/>*  were invited to take it over, and even given 
editing rights, but very little welsh ever appeared.    There was one 
regular contribution of a circulated bi-lingual Diary that was copied up 
every month.  

Probably the best thing for you to do is run it all in English until 
there is a complainant, then you have an arm to twist to get that job 
done.   None of that pacifist non violent direct action, you will have 
to twist their arm until the socket comes out.  But that sort of 
complaint will probably be anonymous, such should be ignored.
